When people talk about having a ‘life changing moment’, the actual event often doesn’t do the phrase justice. Lucy Reynolds woke up on 13^th November 2005 to a moment that really did change her life forever.

Until that day, she had shared the previous fifteen years with her partner Tosh, just living a ‘normal life’. When Tosh drove their car onto a level crossing on that fateful day everything changed.
